Cancelling

Cancel any time from the app: Settings → Licence → Manage Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; nothing further is charged.

Cooling-off period

UK/EU customers may cancel a new subscription within 14 days of first purchase for a full refund — contact us with your licence key.

Something wrong?

If a billing error occurs (double charge, charged after cancelling), tell us and we'll refund it promptly.
