Photolino is a trading name of Peter Thomas Online, United Kingdom.

The service

Photolino apps are licensed, not sold. A subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on up to two Macs while the subscription is active.

Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Cancel any time from the app (Settings ‚Üí Licence ‚Üí Manage Subscription); the licence remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future renewal periods.

Fair use

Licence keys may not be shared, resold or published. We may suspend keys that are abused.

Warranty & liability

The apps are provided with reasonable skill and care. Always maintain independent backups of your images; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss of data or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
